Dennis Fenrick will be the featured guest chef for final installment of Dining on the Ledge at Trout Springs Winery. He will create a mid summers seasonal 4-course dinner highlighted with local farm produce and paired with TSW wines for each course. This Event will be OPEN to the public and requires purchase of tickets in advance. Seating will be limited to 50 people. Tickets will be $49.95/person.

Chef Justin is excited to bring his extensive background in handling seafood to the Green Bay market. He feels Syrah is the perfect fit for his culinary stylings.

Starting in January, the Green Bay Academy of Wine will bring the experience of wine tasting in Green Bay to another level. We'll go beyond the traditional wine tasting. Classes will not only focus on the wines, but their regions of origin, production techniques and food pairs to compliment the wines.
Sessions will start at $20 per person. The price will include 4-6 wines, a food component and fun! Discount pricing on 6 bottle and case purchases will be available also.
