Justin recently returned to the Green Bay area after spending over 10 years honing his culinary skills in Florida. Among his many accomplishments include executive chef at the Clear Sky Beachside Cafe, the top rated restaurant in Clearwater Beach, FL.
Chef Justin is excited to bring his extensive background in handling seafood to the Green Bay market. He feels Syrah is the perfect fit for his culinary stylings.

Starting in January, the Green Bay Academy of Wine will bring the experience of wine tasting in Green Bay to another level. We'll go beyond the traditional wine tasting. Classes will not only focus on the wines, but their regions of origin, production techniques and food pairs to compliment the wines.
Sessions will start at $20 per person. The price will include 4-6 wines, a food component and fun! Discount pricing on 6 bottle and case purchases will be available also.
